Get Started with PowerDocs Trade
Step 1: Sign up
Before you download the app, you’ll need to create your account online.
- Choose your subscription model – monthly or annual.
- Enter your details on our payment page
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be ready to log into the app.
Step 2: Download the App
PowerDocs Trade is available on:
Step 3: Fill Out a Certificate
1. Choose a certificate type:
- Electrical
- Solar
- Fire
2. Enter job details, including:
- Customer & site information
- Test results
- Observations & recommendations
3. Add any comments as needed.
4. Sign directly on-screen and save or send.
Work is auto-saved—no need to worry about losing progress.
Step 4: Create Quotes & Invoices
- Tap “New Quote” or “New Invoice”.
- Enter:
- Customer details
- Job description
- Itemised charges
- Add payment terms, preview, and send by email or download as PDF.
Step 5: Manage Your Jobs & Documents
All your documents are stored securely in the form entries tab on our website. You can:
- Reopen and edit drafts
- Search by customer or address
- Export or print for offline use
